- Age Requirement: 18 to 25 years old
- Educational Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric) with minimum NQF Level 4 in Mathematical Literacy/Mathematics Core and English
- Degree or Diploma: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or similar field
- Employment Status: Not currently engaged in post-matric studies or formal employment and not enrolled in another learnership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
