Responsibilities

    • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute F&B projects and initiatives.
  • Gain hands-on experience in F&B product development and management:
    • Assisting in the evaluation and selection of F&B vendors, suppliers, and partners.
    • Contributing to the creation and optimization of F&B product offerings and menus.
    • Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
    • Participating in the planning and execution of F&B promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Support F&B operations and customer service:
    • Assisting in the coordination and management of F&B events and activities.
    • Collaborating with F&B outlets and branches to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control and hygiene standards.
    • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Continuously learn and develop:
    • Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications
