- Rotation through different departments within Capitec to gain exposure to various functions such as retail banking, finance, risk management, marketing, IT, customer service, and more.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop both technical and soft skills crucial for professional growth.
- Assist in the implementation of projects, contribute innovative ideas, and collaborate with teams to drive business objectives.
- Conduct research, analysis, and presentations to support decision-making processes within different business units.
- Engage in day-to-day activities under the guidance of experienced professionals, gaining practical knowledge of banking operations and customer service best practices.
- Embrace Capitec’s culture, values, and ethical standards while contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, IT, or related disciplines.
- Strong academic background with a minimum GPA or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Passionate about the banking industry and eager to learn and grow within the sector.
- South African citizenship or valid work permit in South Africa.
