Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting FNB's products and services.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of FNB's values, culture, and business practices, aligning personal conduct with organizational standards.
  • Actively participate in workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions to enhance professional skills, leadership capabilities, and industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn, contributing positively to team dynamics and organizational success.
  • Complete assigned tasks, projects, and assessments within established timelines, demonstrating accountability and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • South African citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Completed Grade 12 (Matric) qualification with Mathematics and English as subjects.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for learning, personal development, and a career in the banking industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse colleagues.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
  • Availability to commit to the full duration of the learnership program.
