Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of community development projects in rural areas, in line with the organization's objectives and strategies.
- Conduct research and collect data on specific topics related to rural development, agriculture, education, healthcare, or entrepreneurship to support project planning and decision-making processes.
- Support the organization's efforts in organizing workshops, training sessions, or community events to raise awareness and build capacity within target communities.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders, including community leaders, organizations, and government agencies, to establish partnerships and facilitate effective project implementation.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of educational materials, communication campaigns, and outreach initiatives to promote sustainable practices and empower rural communities.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of ongoing projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, to measure the impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with project budgeting and financial management.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge of rural development practices, community engagement, and project management.
- Contribute to the organization's social media platforms and website by sharing success stories, project updates, and relevant content to raise awareness and engage with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field, such as rural development, community development, international development, social sciences, agriculture, or a related discipline.
- Genuine interest in rural development, community empowerment, and sustainable practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, team members, and external partners.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities to gather, organize, and interpret data effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications and familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
