Responsibilities
- Assist in Program Planning: Collaborate with the Outdoor Adventure Experience team to develop and refine adventure programs, considering safety, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
- Support Program Logistics: Assist in coordinating logistics for outdoor trips, including transportation, accommodation, equipment, and necessary permits.
- Customer Support: Engage with customers to provide information about our adventure programs, answer inquiries, and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- On-site Support: Participate in on-site support during adventure trips, ensuring participants have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Content Creation: Contribute to social media content, blog posts, and other marketing materials that showcase our adventure experiences and attract new customers.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from customers, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative ideas to enhance the overall experience.
- Collaborative Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects with other departments, fostering a holistic understanding of the company's operations.
- Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during all adventure programs to prioritize the well-being of participants and staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to outdoor recreation, tourism, hospitality, marketing, or a relevant field.
- Passion for outdoor activities, such as hiking, camping, rock climbing, or kayaking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using standard computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel to various adventure locations, as needed.
