Responsibilities
- Assist in Education Programs: Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aimed at improving learning outcomes in schools.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with the community development team to engage with local communities, identify needs, and develop initiatives to address those needs.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Support in the collection and analysis of data related to education and community development projects to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and outreach programs to promote education and community development goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Penreach team members and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership for mutual success.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Education, Social Work, Community Development, or related fields).
- Strong passion for education and community development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
