Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations, including cashier duties, merchandising, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment.

- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, and assisting in the replenishment process.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, such as creating promotional displays, updating social media content, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Gain exposure to sales strategies by observing and assisting sales representatives in achieving sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects to develop problem-solving and project management skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field.
- Passionate about the retail industry and eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
