Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the assigned department, which may include Marketing, Buying, Visual Merchandising, or other relevant areas.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Help in the coordination and execution of events and activations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising efforts, ensuring store displays are appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of relevant data and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and developments.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Passion for sportswear fashion and a good understanding of the sportscene brand.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
