Responsibilities
- Learning and Development: Engage in a structured learning program designed to provide you with a solid foundation in logistics operations, customer service, and other relevant areas. Participate in classroom-based training sessions, on-the-job training, and practical exercises to enhance your understanding and proficiency.
- Operational Support: Assist in various operational tasks to gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of Triton Express's processes and systems. Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn about key operational aspects such as freight management, warehouse operations, inventory control, and route planning.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers and understand their needs and requirements. Learn how to handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and comply with industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Learn about the importance of compliance, risk management, and occupational health and safety standards within the logistics industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals and contribute to the overall success of Triton Express. Collaborate on projects, share ideas, and actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
Qualifications
- South African citizenship or permanent residency
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent qualification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
